Place 1 drop onto the palm, rub, cup over nose, then inhale to help with sleep. Rub on pillow, too.
Cuts & Bites
Place 1 drop on the affected skin area to help with wounds or itchiness.
Use 2-4 drops in a warm bowl of water. Soak a cloth and squeeze out water, then apply over affected area.
Add 2-4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil from Young Living to a large bowl of warm water and soak your feet for about 10 minutes.
